Ashray-South Vihar Welfare Society
for Tribal is a nonprofit, social development organization working
dedicatedly in the thematic area of combat human trafficking and livelihood
promotion since past 18 years. The
organization has a solid structure that encompasses the HR, Finance and
others as separate department of the efficient team of young professionals
and is a skill training agency with accreditation from National
Institute of Open Schooling, an autonomous unit of MHRD, Govt. of India.. It
has till date established over 8000 entrepreneurs through variopus linkages
and schemes. The organisation has in the past two years
developed rural entrepreneurs through the program Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jan
Jati Gram Vikas Yojna as an empaneled skill training agency with the
Department of Welfare for the implementation of the scheme. Thus
over 2000 beneficiaries have received 2 lakhs seed money and established
their shops for sustainable income generation. Ashray has also initiated the
program of Empowerment through Employment (ETE) program by
channelizing the surveyed and skilled unemployed people of Jharkhand with
the deserved employability to support dignity. The organisation has
experience of successful completion of outsourcing work related to
cleanliness and provision of skilled professionals in various sectors.
Ashray works in collaboration with Department of MSME, Government of
Jharkhand, JHAMCOFED, TRIFED, Department of Welfare, Government of
Jharkhand. Ashray team has various technical expertise.
